How do you bill for your services?

Our standard billing procedure is to bill monthly. We require payment upon receipt.  For tax return services we expect payment when your return is completed.  Special circumstances can always be discussed.  We don't charge by the pound!!

What hours are you available?

We are available during normal business hours, which are 9:00 to 5:00, Monday through Friday. We would be more than happy to make special arrangements for evening or weekend consultations especially during tax season

What role do you play if the IRS audits me?

We have no problem with any special circumstances you might have when the IRS comes calling.  We have extensive experience with both business and personal audits and collections.  We will spend up to one full hour with you at no charge, going over your circumstances. After that, our regular fees apply.

How much and what kind of preparation do you need for my return?

We always prefer that your materials be in a computer accounting program, but we have taken materials in almost every imaginable form. Contact us with questions about specific software packages.  Obviously the more organized you are the less expensive we are!

What forms/information do I need to provide?

We will need your full legal name, social security number, address, and email. Any and all tax information including W2s, 1099s, mortgage interest, property tax forms, any income earned.

What if you have a deceased family year in the current tax year?

If you are the spouse of the deceased we will only need a copy of the death certificate. If you are not the spouse, we will need all of your personal information along with the copy of the death certificate in order to file the retur.

What if you had a child in the current tax year?

You will need to provide the new childs name, date of birth and social security number.
